Hello Eutierrians!
For the longest time, the space above our fridge was nothing more than a black hole—a place where things went to disappear, never to be reached again. After years of barely using it, we finally made a plan: transform it into something useful, something alive.
We carefully removed the shelf and saved the doors, repurposing them for future projects (because nothing goes to waste around here!). Then, we installed a plant light, turning the once-forgotten space into a thriving indoor garden.
Growing food indoors has always been something we love, especially when it helps jumpstart plants through the winter. Stronger plants mean they can better withstand the scorching summer heat, and of course, bigger harvests make it all worthwhile.

About a month ago, we planted a variety of herbs, and now we’re enjoying the rewards—fresh Cilantro, Dill, Oregano, Parsley, and Thyme right at our fingertips! Do you know how many ways you can use these herbs? They’re kitchen staples for a reason!
