🎉 What to Expect After Booking Your Party 🎉
Once your party is booked and payment is complete, here’s how everything flows: 1. Confirmation & Welcome You’ll receive a confirmation message/email from us within 24–48 hours confirming your booking and party date. This message includes: Your party date & time, Party type selected, Duration, What’s included 2. Party Details & Customization We’ll reach out to gather any remaining details, such as: Birthday child’s name & age, Approximate guest count, Shirt sizes (if applicable, no rush if you don’t have them yet!), Color preferences or themes (if offered for your party type), If you don’t know everything yet, that’s completely okay. We’ll check back in closer to the party. 3. Final Check-In (1–2 Weeks Before the Party) About 1–2 weeks before your party, we’ll do a final check-in to: Confirm guest count, Collect any missing shirt sizes, Review setup needs and timing, Answer any last-minute questions, This helps us prep supplies and make sure everything runs smoothly. 4. Party Day We’ll arrive ready to guide the tie-dye experience and provide all supplies included in your booking. Once shirts are finished, they’ll be carefully bagged and taken with us so the dye can fully set. We handle the process so you can relax, enjoy, and celebrate. 5. After the Party 🎁 After the party, we complete our full aftercare process to ensure vibrant, long-lasting results. Once cleaned and finished, all shirts are delivered back to the host’s home for easy distribution. This process typically takes 3–7 days. We’ll also send a quick follow-up to make sure everything went great.

FAQ's
Do guests take their tie-dye home the same day? No. Finished pieces are bagged and taken with us for proper aftercare. Cleaned shirts are delivered back to the host’s home within 3–7 days.
What ages are tie-dye parties best for? Tie-dye parties work well for a wide range of ages. Younger children may need additional adult assistance, while teens and adults typically work independently.
Do I need to know all shirt sizes at booking? Not at all. You can submit sizes later. We’ll check in before the event to collect any missing details.
How many guests can participate? Guest count depends on the party package and available space. We’ll help confirm what works best for your group.
Where can parties be hosted? Parties can be held at private homes or venues. Public parks or community spaces may require permits, which are the responsibility of the host.
What happens if plans change? We understand things happen. Please reach out as soon as possible if changes are needed, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you provide everything? Yes. All dyes, supplies, setup, guidance, and cleanup are included unless otherwise noted.
Birthday Party Guidelines 🎉
Planning a tie-dye birthday should be fun and stress-free. Here’s everything you need to know to help your celebration run smoothly from booking to delivery.
Booking Timeline
Parties should be booked 6–8 weeks in advance to allow time for scheduling, supply ordering, and preparation. We also ask for a backup date in case weather or other factors impact the original plan.
Liability Waivers
A signed liability waiver is required for every child participating. These must be completed by a parent or guardian prior to the event. We provide waiver forms ahead of time for easy distribution and collection.
Parental Supervision
All participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We provide the tie-dye activity and creative guidance, while the host parent is responsible for general supervision during the party.
Party Locations
Parties may be hosted at private homes or venues, which are ideal for easy setup and a personalized celebration. Public parks or community spaces require additional planning, and the host parent is responsible for securing any required permits. We’re happy to help guide you on what may be needed.
Event Timing
A typical tie-dye party runs approximately 3–4 hours total, including setup, the creative activity, and cleanup. Morning, afternoon, and evening time slots may be available depending on scheduling.
Shirt Pickup & Aftercare
Because tie-dye requires finishing steps, guests will not take shirts home the same day. All finished pieces are bagged, taken with us for aftercare, then cleaned and delivered back to the host’s home within 3–7 days. The host parent is responsible for distributing finished items to guests.
Pricing & Payment
Tie-dye parties include a $50 base fee, which covers setup, cleanup, dyes, supplies, and creative guidance. Clothing items are selected separately from the garment chart, and final pricing depends on the number of participants and items chosen.
For example, a party with the $50 base fee and ten youth t-shirts at $20 each would total $250 before tax.
A 50% deposit is due when the final garment chart is submitted (typically about two weeks before the event). The remaining balance must be paid before the event begins, on the day of the party.
