We’re home from the coast, sun-touched, salt-washed, and deeply refreshed.


Spending a few days among the redwoods and beside the sea was a breath of fresh air, literally and spiritually. Watching the kids run through camp barefoot and free, chasing waves and marveling at the forest canopy, felt like a full-circle moment.


These are the roots we’re nurturing: a life of connection, creativity, and deep relationship with the Earth. And in that rhythm, we’re also teaching them how systems work together, how sustainability isn’t a single action, but a way of living. How we each have a role to play, and how beautiful that role can be when lived with intention.

Now we’re back, grounded, grateful, and ready to keep building. One step at a time, we move forward on this homesteading journey, dreaming big and growing slow.
